Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Fees and eligibility depend on the condition of the item when returned, the product, and where the return is shipped from.

The applicable restocking fee for used items is determined at our sole discretion upon inspection of the returned product.

Bailey Chairs: Special Return Policy A Bailey chair can only be returned if you decide you do not want it and the chair is still completely unassembled, undrilled, and in its original undamaged box. Once a single hole has been drilled or assembly has started in any way, the chair cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. No exceptions.

Nothing on a Bailey chair return is free. The buyer pays the full cost of return shipping, the restocking fee still applies, and exchanges on Bailey chairs are not free. The $15 flat return shipping fee does not apply, because you arrange and pay for the shipment yourself.
Returns and Exchanges from Canada Buyers in Canada pay the full cost of return shipping on both returns and exchanges. We do not issue prepaid labels for Canadian returns, and we do not cover carrier charges, duties, brokerage, or customs fees. These costs are the buyer's responsibility and are not refundable. The $15 flat return shipping fee does not apply, because you arrange and pay for the shipment yourself. All other fees, including the restocking fee, still apply.

Need help before returning? If you're having trouble with setup, sizing, or usage, contact our support team before starting a return. We can often resolve the issue quickly and save you the return fees. For Bailey chairs, contact us before you drill anything: once assembly begins, the chair is no longer returnable.

How to start a return

Fill out our return request form at whiskerbark.com/pages/return-exchange-request. Once approved, we'll send return instructions and the return address. Do not ship your return until it has been approved. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

You must ship using the original box your order arrived in. If you use a different or larger box and the carrier charges us an adjusted shipping rate, that difference will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning from Canada, or returning a Bailey chair, you book and pay for the return shipment yourself. Send us the tracking number once it is on its way.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free on eligible items shipped within the U.S. Exchanges on Bailey chairs and exchanges shipped from Canada are not free: the buyer pays return shipping. Use the same return request form to get started. Exchanged items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, final sale items, personal care or consumable products, custom or personalized items, Bailey chairs that have been drilled or assembled, and previously exchanged items are not eligible for return.

Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@whiskerbark.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds exclude: the original shipping charge, the $15 return shipping fee on U.S. returns, the applicable restocking fee (5–20%), and any carrier surcharge for using an incorrect return box. Return shipping paid directly by the buyer on Canadian returns and Bailey chair returns is not reimbursed.

European Union customers If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
