Return Policy at Whisker Bark

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@whiskerbark.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label. Do not send items back without receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Note: If you are returning an item from outside the U.S., delivery times may vary.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • There was a manufacturing defect

In these cases, we will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. We may request photo evidence before approving the return.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.

If your item qualifies for an exchange (e.g., wrong size, defective item), please include your order number and details in your email to contact@whiskerbark.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

EU Customers – 3-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet our standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).
